We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order for Australian orders only. International orders are non-refundable. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us through our website within 5 business days of receipt. Once approved, we'll send through return instructions.

Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable, return shipping is at the customer's expense, and a $5 admin processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order details, and we'll make it right.
